Dracula, Version 2: Bram Stoker's Victorian novel about vampire Count Dracula of the Carpathian Mountains has been adapted to the stage repeatedly. You can use our Dracula, Version 1 (the musical version set in the late 1800's) or this 1930's based plot to fit your adaptation of this classic gothic story. Young lawyer Jonathan Hawker, his fiance Mina Murray and her friend Lucy Westenra become tied to Dracula's desires and must follow him - along with Dr. John Seward, Quincey Morris, Honorable Arthur Homwood, Renfield and Dr. Van Helsing – from London back to Transylvania to destroy him.
