Into the Woods: James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim's multiple Tony winning musical intertwines the lives of classic fairy tale characters as they face both mythical threats and quests and very realistic challenges and ethical conflicts. The story references over seven Brothers Grimm tales, but focuses on the small community created by the characters of Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Rapunzel and Jack and the Beanstalk.
