Kiss Me Kate: Cole Porter's music features in this clever reinvention of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew. In 1950's New York City, egotistical Fred Graham and his ex-wife, diva Lilli Vanessi, are starring in a musical version of Shakespeare's comedy. Their volatile relationship and a group of gangsters assigned to trail Fred send the show's opening on a crash course both on and offstage.
