We ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), the most consistently dependable, prompt, and low cost delivery in the world. The customer assumes all responsibilities and charges for shipping on all purchased or rental items. To keep our shipping costs low we ship most orders by USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed.
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.
Deliveries to residential addresses receive scheduled delivery (but not guaranteed like commercial addresses) and the same dependable service that you've come to expect from UPS.
No overnight or air delivery is permitted for flammable items (for example hairspray).
We cannot ship to P.O Boxes via UPS.
When calculating shipping time only count business days (Monday - Friday). For example, if we ship a package 2nd Day Air on a Thursday it should arrive on the following Monday.
Domestic Shipments - Shipments within the continental United States will be shipped by UPS. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska (excluding intra-Alaska shipments), Puerto Rico and other US possessions will be shipped 2nd Day Air.
Canada Shipments- Shipping charge is $25.00 in addition to regular shipping fees for air parcel post with insurance. Please note we cannot guarantee time of delivery due to customs. Shipping fee covers brokerage fees but not duty and taxes.
International Shipments- Shipping charge is $35.00 in addition to regular shipping fees for air parcel post with insurance. Please note we cannot guarantee time of delivery due to customs.
APO / FPO - U.S. Military Bases in Foreign Countries and other military base addresses are not considered international addresses. If you are shipping to this type of address you should NOT choose International Shipping. We cannot track APO/FPO and other military packages and delivery time is not guaranteed due to customs.
