The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe: C. S. Lewis' children's classic comes to life in this Don Quinn stage adaptation. It is 1940 and four siblings, Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie, are evacuated from London to escape The Blitz. They are sent to an old English country manor inhabited by eccentric Professor Digory Kirke. While exploring the house, young Lucy discovers a wardrobe that contains the entrance to a magical world called Narnia. The four children are soon ensconced in the political dangers of Narna. Edmund is bewitched by the cruel White Witch, who has usurped the throne of the great lion king Aslan. Peter, Susan and Lusan join Aslan's army, fulfilling a Narnian prophesy and finding their own strengths along the way. This beloved tale also features the faun Mr. Tumnus and Mr. and Mrs. Beaver.
