We ship most school and business orders via United Parcel Service
(UPS), the
most consistently dependable, prompt, and low cost delivery in the
world. The
customer assumes all responsibilities and charges for shipping on all
purchased
or rental items.
To
keep our shipping costs low we ship most residential orders by USPS
Priority
Mail unless otherwise instructed.
We offer two different options for express shipping. UPS Overnight and
UPS 2nd
Day Air UPS Overnight provides guaranteed next business day delivery to
most
domestic addresses. UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed
on-time
delivery to most addresses throughout the United States excluding
Puerto Rico.
This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments
that do
not require overnight delivery.
No overnight or 2nd air delivery is permitted for flammable
items
and other items restricted by FAA regulations. These restrictions will
be noted
in the item description if applicable.
We cannot ship to P.O Boxes via UPS.
When calculating shipping time only count business days (Monday -
Friday). For
example, if we ship a package 2nd Day Air on a Thursday it should
arrive on the
following Monday.
Domestic Shipments - Shipments within the continental United States
will be
shipped the most effective method either UPS Ground or USPS Priority
Mail.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska , Puerto Rico and other US possessions will
be
shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Canada Shipments- Shipping charge is $25.00 in addition to regular
shipping
fees for air parcel post with insurance. Please note we cannot
guarantee time
of delivery due to customs. Shipping fee covers brokerage fees but not
duty and
taxes.
International Shipments- Shipping charge is $35.00 in addition to
regular
shipping fees for air parcel post with insurance. Please note we cannot
guarantee time of delivery due to customs. Shipping fee covers
brokerage fees
but not duty and taxes.
APO / FPO - U.S. Military Bases in Foreign Countries and other military
base
addresses are not considered international addresses. If you are
shipping to
this type of address you should NOT choose International Shipping. We
cannot
track APO/FPO and other military packages and delivery time is not
guaranteed
due to customs.
Track Your Package
Enter your UPS
tracking number to track your package. You will receive your UPS
tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.
Pressing "Track My Package" will open a new browser window with
UPS.com's tracking results for your order.
Reasons why the ups.com
tracking page might say "Unable to track shipment":
- We have not shipped your order yet.
- Your order was not shipped via UPS. All APO/FPO packages
always ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Sorry, we do not
have any automated tracking integration with USPS.
